Horrible

The vent hose for the dryer was horrible. As they pushed the dryer back it crinkled. They had to go get another one. Same thing happened. I ended up going to Lowe’s and just buying one that actually did the job.

Was fairly quick once they knew what to do

The process is fairly quick and easy once you get someone out to your house that is trained in how to reverse them. Took me 4 times before it was done. That is four different appointment. Four different set of installation guys. Best Buy needs to train their installers.

Took 2 times to finally get it removed.

Best Buy came without the proper tools twice to remove. The second set of guys I was ready for and allowed them to use mine. Only problem is they forgot to give me back my tape measure. So I guess BB owes me one now. If you have friends to help you remove your old save yourself the money and hassle of dealing with these jokers and just remove it yourself.

Washer is great. Absolutely love it! What I didn’t love was the Beat Buy installation team that had to come out to my house 4 times before getting it right! Do yourself a favor and don’t have Best Buy install and if you absolutely need someone to install buy elsewhere because they are horrible for installation.
