I don’t like that you can’t start the washer without the lid closed. Simple things like rinsing out the detergent cup cannot be done. The washer is also extremely loud.

At times the oxi additive does not get released into the washer although the "oxi" option is chosen. Any tips to prevent this? There is a "push" lever in the oxi (and softener) compartment but doesn't seem to do anything and nothing about in the manual.
