Great headset, I’ve always preferred wireless, just the price difference was a bit of a gap.
It was unfortunate that the wired version got recalled though. if you have a wired one and have had any issues with yours then get in touch with their recall department. You’ll be able to get a repair/equivalent credit to spend on another headset.

Sound is great, as is the fit. But I've now had 2 of them than both eventually started having issue with the microphone and lost sound in one ear within a year and a half.

Yes, indeed it's a great headset. Very comfortable as well.
I've had the same problem with losing sound and in the same time frame for both as well unfortunately. It's either in one ear, or it's as if I'm only getting like 30% of the quality/sound coming through and it sounds like it's in the distance.
