This mouse gobbles batteries up (it takes 2 AAA batteries and the compartment is tight, but works great with a charging system and 4-8 AAAs, I use eneloop batteries and chargers, I have two of these mice and always have another battery ready).
The bluetooth pairing on Win10/11 OSX is flawless and it doesn't hitch much, remember when restarting, the bluetooth might be disabled and use your keyboard to accept reboot at times, that's normal for anything not tied in with a direct usb cable.
the side buttons are great for traversing up and down history in browsers and undo and redo in photoshop or illustrator and or ms word / excel.

Those with the wd 850 next to each other on some motherboard designs might need to Dremel the pointy parts off of the heatsinks etc to make it fit close to other nvme drives.

100% worth it from 2022 until now in 2024. The speed and tracking are great, the price has come to an amazing value now. It pairs with steam vr running on a pc desktop or laptop. Rechargeable batteries for the handsets are a good idea as is an additional 3rd party headset like the VR BOBO v2 for this.
The quest 3 has color passthrough and a faster gpu for graphics and other processing, and has no tracking rings on it like the quest 2, but it's 2.5x-3.25x as expensive as this unit.

Does not have a universal usb key but it does work with them if you have other logitech devices and an orange asterisk printed usb key. great for the small and big handed, the battery lasts seemingly forever. once in a while, use a dab of water and soap or alcohol rub to clean off the edges of the 4 feet on the base of it. very good distance, 10-20 feet easily line of sight.

great tv for movies, computing, gaming, bright! you need to learn the settings for pc use though.
So, the game mode for it lets you have 4:4:4 uncompressed color chroma to the monitor / tv. If you don't use that setting with a gpu that can give 4k 4:4:4 you will see 4:2:0 which looks horrible at 55". When you enable the enhanced hdmi setting and use game mode as well the colors are outstanding.
The brightness is night and day from energy saving mode to game mode. When I use the theatre and or imax mode, it makes movies have a more subdued and beautiful, buttery look, and local dimming isn't that great honestly.
Mostly what is happening for me is that those movies online and downloaded locally look really bad not because the tv is poor quality, but that H.264 H.265 compression shows it's flaws much easier.
Using photoshop and 3ds v=ray gpu etc anrold, after effects, this monitor / tv is a godsend for work. When you work at 60fps (60-480hz on this monitor depending on the settings sort of) it just looks incredible.
The 120fps (120hz call it) looks good, but it dumps down to 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 so really for xbox series x it works really nicely if things are moving quickly and the super detail and color aren't too important. It's certainly never going to push 4:4:4 120fps into this or any monitor / tv under $2000 in 2022-2023.
Heat. It does give off some heat, so you might want a quiet 8-12"-24" box fan in your space behind it if you want this to last more than 1-2 years. My last hisense had been hit with a jolt when a power strip sort of came apart as I lifted it and it fizzled a but when turning on, quite dark, so instead of $50 from alibaba for the boards I just got new tech. The 50" hisense lasted 5 years and was on most of the time even as I slept.
This new power saving mode on the U7H lowers to 4:2:0 and brightness way down near or under 250-300 nits which is great for your electric bill and the lifespan of this if you also just keep it on. Nothing like a new tv that can turn on off on without buzzing.
I got this on sale at $500 in november 2022 and $100 back after with my best buy citibank card. That's much better than the $250-300 black friday 55"-65" deals only if you need the 120fps, bight nits (for your eyes will start to degrade at lower nits over time)... and you have a fan or good airflow for this.
It isn't that heavy, about 10lbs lighter than I mistakenly though it was, and from 50-55" upgrade, I could easily find space with my 2 other 4k monitors I have, 32" and 39" respectively in a reverse V shape in my room.
The sound is ok, better in smaller rooms. Certainly hook this up to a receiver with ARC and or the headphone jack like I do for now and it will not matter really.

OOB colors not great, after nice, great display

I have many 4k monitors and tvs I have used. interestingly enough, my HISENSE from 2018 has the best HDR colors (not brightness) out of most of them under $800-1000 per example (OLED one 65" $1000+ kills it but... let's be fair).
My SEIKI 39" 30fps is amazing, and just wins over all other devices for reading text, programming, effects controls for 1fx, 3ds, etc. Now comes the 32" LG I got OPEN BOX from best buy. I was lucky, it was like new, and nobody stole it out of my hallway before I got home. Heh.
The colors are vibrant but skin tones look yellow, orange, and blues need some pumping up. I tried to calibrate this with an hdmi connection, then display port as a test (2.0x and 1.4 respectively) and it was basically the same for what I was doing. 4:4:4 uncompressed from a geforce 1060, I think my 2080 ti might send a better signal (circuitry shouldn't matter in uncompressed rgb (8 or 10 bit) full dynamic range or YCbCr 4:4:4 (8 or 10 bit) limited output in this. Go to your nvidia control panel in windows/apple and set that to USE NVIDIA color settings if you like to test. I suppose AMD is the same, but I don't have a 4gb+ gpu from amd atm to test.
You will notice a bit of a pasty white on the display and strange dark but flat blacks (va panel, no glossy going on).. and you can play with brightness and contrast. What you most likely should not do is play with sharpness on a pure digital signal in the lg control panel, it just really wrecks what you are seeing, even 32" at 100% zoom 2840x2160, so remember that unless it fits your eye for text with some higher contrast, you should do that in windows/os x instead of the monitor if you can.
I noticed a very strange thing, the contrast and brightness no matter the response speed setting in the lg monitor would flicker the end credits of white text on a black background on both my seiki 30hz and the lg 60z at any none-fast-faster response setting, but my hisense not only showed skin tones better and overall a more film like look, but no flickering of the text scrolling up. There's an antialaising reason in the blu-ray x265 compression of the text for this, but it should be noted some va ips oled etc techs handle this differently, don't be freaked out. If you blow up 1080p (BLU RAY STANDARD) to 4k it doesn't flicker as much in this instance I had.
There's almost no heat coming from this,which is great, and it balances very nicely on an old wooden crate my friend gave me years ago before he passed away, sturdy fruit crate, $300+ monitor, seems legit. And as for the speakers, they're small speakers inside of a 32" flat panel, it is what it is. Get a sound bar or a receiver/amplifier and monitors if you want studio sound with it.
I would certainly watch films, tv, gaming on the xbox, pc, and effects controls and even small, thin anti aliased lines in 3ds/c4d/blender with this.

This is pretty much my first review ever, but the experience has been such a nightmare that I thought I'd comment. First off, when I received my pc it would not power on, I enjoy gaming, but when it comes to the hardware I'm fairly clueless. But even with my minimal experience and expertise I was able to notice that the Graphics Card clearly says "GTX" when the specs say it comes with an RTX 4070ti. So at that point I contacted customer service where I was advised that I can take it to the store for an exchange. I will give this a try, and if I can get a working copy with the proper components, I'll update my review. For now, I can't say anything good about the PC itself though. It's a shame, as I usually like MSI products.

The 4070 ti was without a doubt taken by someone in the factory (unless the plastic wrap was perfect) or at best buy, a customer who bought it and then put an old gtx in it claiming it didn't work. that could be the op here as well. If I were BB I would cross reference the GTX and see who the serial number is registered to for the card in this new gaming pc.

Does this monitor have 10 bit color?
No, what it has is 8-bit FRC, so it flickers 2 colors on a pixel RGB (BGR) location to emulate 10-bit. 10-bit data can go to it, but the "HDR" is dull, washed out, and if you push it to "look" like a more IPS or 8-bit contrast and color punch, it will just lose some grey levels, color differences. It's fake 10-bit and not what they advertise at all.

Also the screen on most of these delaminatese over a few months meaning there is a slight 5-10% glow around the entire screen and they're aware of this, that is why best buy sold so many "refurbished" or "open box". They sold defective monitors to tens of thousands of people (this and other 32" models).

Does the model WDBAMA0080H have a 8 G storeage capacity ?
All of them format to TB, not G(GB?), so when you get a plot of land 100x100 feet, a fence installed to hold various farm animals, say files, takes up space, 1x100 on all sides, so you lose a bit of space. This formats to about 7.68Tb after formatting with NTFS, similar with exFAT and HFS+ for OS X. Learn about this on youtube, search for "why do hard drives format smaller"...

Will this work with a Windows 7 machine or with a Windows XP that doesn't go online?
Windows 7, sure. You might need to an x64 system in win7 not x86 to read 7.68tb (8tb formatted).
Win XP, nope. But if you want to do something like back data up, you can network the XP and Win7 system to your network router or a $10-20 unmanaged 4-8 port switch.
Then you can keep the drive on the x64 win7 machine and use network sharing from the XP system to the win & system.
make a user named test, ps 1234, etc, on both machines. log in to both. make sure each system is on a domain(network) named, WORKGROUP as it usually is.
Share the new 8tb drive as say x y or z as it's letter. plug in the drive into the win7 x64 system, right click my computer, manage. right click the usb drive and change drive letter to one of those last unused letters.then in the options allow read and write to it.
sometimes in networking you have to tweak a bit for XP to be able to talk to win8,8.1, or 10, but 7 x64 is easy with xp.

Can you partition this drive into 2/4tb? I want to use 4 for a Mac and 4 for a PC.
If you would like to share data, you could partition it so one partition is NTFS and the other HFS+, but...
Just use software for either platform to read AND write data for HFS+ (windows) and Paragon NTFS (os x)
If you're jumping around multiple stations, and getting that software for all of them is too expensive, just format the drive into two partitions with the eXFAT file system.
Both operating systems can read and write to it.
Read online how to do that for each OS.
