Day one purchase and its been nothing but a head ache. App doesn't recognize the headphones half the time, Multiple tries to even pair the set. connects to system with ease but Dolby atmos for some reason doesn't support wireless headphones, which these are. when it does want to connect to app when switching to Xbox the app is supposed to change colors and give you audio setting specific to gaming.. it doesn't. I've unpaired, redownloaded and reset the headphone multiple times and now it wont even connect to anything at all. I've contacted B&O support but they couldn't provide any solutions .
List of devices I'm have trouble connecting the cans to.: Xbox series x, windows 10 PC, Samsung Galaxy note 10.
