I'm so happy with this mixer. It saves my shoulder and arm from the pain. The "Lock" button doesn't seem to quite lock 100% though which makes the measuring bowl jump. Maybe I have a faulty mixer, but I'm not sure. The lock latch doesn't go all the way to the end.

We have two dogs and this is a great item to have in our house. It runs when we are not home and minimizes the amount of hair and dander that collects by the end of the week. It has issues and has been getting caught up in our smaller rugs, so we are looking at how we can fix that without having to pick them up each day. Other than that, it works well and the empty feature is tricky at first, but when you figure it out, its a cinch.
We found that we paid over $100 MORE FOR IT at the TC store. So, when I tried calling to get the PRICE MATCH guarantee, I did not expect the fight I had to go through to get the match. I think they expected me to give up after lying to me stating that I was looking at a USED item, even after I sent the links that clearly show, NEW PRICE. It was painful, but they eventually honored the price. I do not suggest calling the 888 number for help, I finally got help by using the CHAT online service.
