I have had to have this item placed on 4 different washers in the last 2 months, it has worked fine. I have had 4 Washing Machines delivered, all were defective. Due to a size issue this is the only washing machine that I have found that will fit. I am having the 4th machine fixed.
Best Buy has been great. Best Buy allows up to 15 days after purchasing a washing machine to return it or have it replaced due to being defective.
