Worst service ever! Never buy from busy buy

Will never have anything delivered from Best Buy team in the miami area again. 1st try damaged, 2nd try received a call 1 hour before the schedule time canceling. 3rd after installed error code. 4th service person came late and unwilling to help. In less than a minute and without tools he determine he could not fix the error code. 5ve try. Delivery showed up to remove the one with the error and brought the new but said he was not asked to installed it so he refused to installed. (Even when I had already paid for installation) I asked him to take both back and after hours on the phone a manager promess me I would get my refund back fast and that was nothing for me to do. 12 days later and 3 more calls and I still have not received my refund back.
BTW I bought a washer/deyer set from a competitor and got it installed in a few days with no issues at all
Best Buy delivery and customer service in that area are the worst!
