Never been disappointed with a Geek service call

Two Geeks answered service call; one being mentored by a long time veteran Geek and mentoree who was transferring into home service calls. The lesser experienced Geek listened carefully, appraised the situation and activated possible solutions. He checked with his mentor, explained what could and could not be accomplished and made sure I had no further questions. I was satisfied with the work.

Lost files recovered efficiently and QUICKLY!!

Had an issue with hundreds of file records disappearing on computer. Geek identified issue, set up a correction and recovery plan with the carrier and recovery was done within three hours of the Geek's intervention and solution. This particular Geek has been a Best Buy employee for past ten years and has always risen to the highest performance in any interactions I have had with him during that period of time.

Dryer install not quite right

Two man install team arrived early, worked efficiently and left area clean. HOWEVER, they pushed dryer too far back and the vent hose was folded and dryer would only function for five minutes and then shut off with heat/lint warning. When we investigated and analyzed issue had to call for another team to come and remedy - they did, installed new hose and all has been well.

I had an existing hard wired door bell and replaced it with the Ring doorbell, also hard wired. Am very satisfied with the product and with the installation done by the Geek Squad associate. Highly recommend
