During the setup process, my printer has run into an error where it doesn’t recognize the blue ink tank has been filled. Thus, preventing me from being able to install the black and tricolor cartridges and finish setup. Can’t use it, will try to bring it in for Best Buy to look at. I was hoping to really enjoy this printer, especially for the price. Hopefully the store can help and get it fixed, but as of now I can’t recommend it. Will august review if I get to use it eventually.

Two questions, if you don't mind. 1. Will an HP 8620 2.4GHz printer be compatible with the UniFi Express? 2. Are all the security features included in the price, or is there a subscription to pay for them?
