Doesn’t fire consistently

This was the most wanted Christmas gift and one excited kiddo was quickly disappointed when you get one dart out but then it shoots air until we do a bunch of super natural maneuvers to get another successful fire. Not sure if this is normal for need guns since this is our first. I expected every time he resets it the bullet would shoot no problems.

Can’t pour without spilling

Looks nice, coffee tastes good. Easy to use. But.... every morning when we tr to pour the coffee the very thin lip on the pot overflows and spills. We have had this for a year now and we still spill. It is bad design and annoying.
