I enjoyed seeing a different version of DC heroes in which blind idealism takes over. Very dark theme where the violence is justified due Superman's vision.
On forced work sabbatical-and barred from using weaponry or lethal force-Michael Bryce (Ryan Reynolds) gets saved from a would-be killer by Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek), spouse of frenemy Darius (Samuel L. Jackson). It wasn't out of the goodness of her heart, as she needs Bryce's help springing her husband from the clutches of an international mobster (Antonio Banderas)... and all he's bringing to the fight are his wits. Fast-paced follow-up co-stars Morgan Freeman, Frank Grillo, Richard E. Grant, Tom Hopper. 116 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

Writer/director Taika Waititi (director of THOR RAGNAROK and HUNT FOR THE WILDERPEOPLE) brings his signature style of humor and pathos to his latest film, JOJO RABBIT, a World War II satire that follows a lonely German boy (Roman Griffin Davis as Jojo) whose world view is turned upside down when he discovers his single mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a young Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in their attic. In spite of his idiotic imaginary friend, Adolf Hitler (Waititi), Jojo confronts his blind nationalism.

I honestly don't remember jack about this season. Watched it. Means it wasn't that great or bad enough to avoid a second viewing. That's how memory works.
This set contains all episodes from the fifth season of the action drama following crime scene investigator Barry Allen, who uses his abilities to fight other superhumans who are using their powers for evil.

Flash continues to be one of the best on CW. Casting is great. Sad to see Ralph go, but Hollywood doesn't forgive modern actors' sins as they did in past.

Honestly the show hinges on forgettable. The romanic drama distracts from everything else that is important and pushes the direction away from the comics. The only thing I remember is Crisis.
Tom Hanks delivers a wonderful performance as Fred Rogers in this affecting biopic. Reluctantly assigned to pen a piece on the iconic children's television host for Esquire magazine, journalist Lloyd Vogel (Matthew Rhys) has his pessimistic views unexpectedly altered when he strikes up a friendship with Mr. Rogers himself, who teaches him some valuable lessons about life. Chris Cooper, Susan Kelechi Watson, Enrico Colantoni, Maryann Plunkett co-star. 108 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English. Two-disc set.
