How to fix freezing

I’m sure your read other reviews about how this player freezes while watching 4K movies. Well it does, just like all the other 4K players. It’s not all the players fault. Let me explain....
1. All new 4K players do not have the technology to catch up on 3 layer 4K discs (which most of them are these days.
2. The real problem is the manufacturing companies of the movies. Any movie that is more than 2 hours longs has to be pressed on a 100g disc (which is 3 layers, as you can see on the back) which also leaves a small amount of residue to the naked eye.

How to fix this.....
Take the disk, run under warm water, add a drop of dish soap, start cleaning it with a microfiber cloth, run under water, let dry, take a new microfiber cloth and buff the disks
This will take that residue off and your 3 layer 4 disks will work without freezing.
