The Wall is the 11th studio album by Pink Floyd, originally released in November 1979. It is the last studio album released with the line-up of guitarist David Gilmour, bass guitarist/lyricist Roger Waters, keyboardist Richard Wright, and drummer Nick Mason before Wright left the band. As with Pink Floyd's prior three albums, The Wall is a concept album, exploring themes of abandonment and personal isolation. It is a rock opera that follows Pink, a character whom Waters modelled after himself and the band's original leader, Syd Barrett. This new DVD release of The Wall offers an improvement over the earlier DVD incarnation with much better picture and sound quality. The commentary by Roger Waters and the film's graphic designer Gerald Scarfe is the same one that appears on the earlier DVD, but it is a good track. Waters' music inspires as much fan loyalty as he does skepticism, and he comes across here in ways that will appeal to his fan base while also providing ammunition for those who find him to be little more than a self-centered narcissist. Two different making-of documentaries (one much more recently produced than the other), production stills, and the film's trailer round out this fine package that will please fans of the film as well as Pink Floyd enthusiasts.

My main concern is BASS. I had the MDR-XB950N1 for about 4yrs and just SADLY lost em on a flight last month, they are AWESOME but not sold anymore so I'm looking to get this upgrade but I'm concerned about how good the BASS is. Does it have good bass?
