Great Service from vendor

Upgraded my modem to Netgear 700CM and my router to the Velop router. My smart phone is a work phone and the Linksys app could not connect to the internet. I expect due to my company doing some filtering of what I can connect to. I was able to get to the internet when modem connected directly to the modem. I called LInksys Velop support and they were able to help get is setup. It took about 2 hours as there is a number of "reboots" of the nodes and other items, but Linksys would not end the call without knowing both nodes were working as expected. 2 hours is a long time, but Linksys support was very professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job in my book.
It has been working as I expected, meaning good coverage in our home. We have one node on our main floor and one in our basement.
