My copy did not include digital code as advertised. I ordered it initially as curbside pickup (so I did not get a receipt) and I brought it back to inquire since there was no code enclosed. The cashier re-ran it to see if a physical receipt would have the code on it, but no such luck. It also was not in my email--I received a code for a 14-day trial of HBO max as well as confirmation that the item was picked up, but no digital code. I opted to keep it anyway and hopefully this only affected me, but I am still a bit annoyed.

same thing happened to me I purchased the 4K godzilla no digital code inside, I called best buy they said I can come in and exchange for another one, got the second brand new copy home still no digital code, I would like an explanation for this
