Pure Luck is a hilarious movie that is hard to find on DVD. I had been searching for years. I was so excited to find a four pack that included that movie! I also enjoyed watching Twins and Junior. I haven't watched Dragnet yet, but even if I don't like that one, it was worth buying it for the other three movies.

This is the first season which Dr. Samuel Beckett is transported back in time to right wrongs and change people's lives for the better. In the pilot he only knows his name and a phone number but with help from his friend Al learns what his last name is which gives him the opportunity to call his father and talk to him. In other episodes Sam is able to help the woman he loves to see her father and repair their relationship, he fights for nuns to build a chapel, learns how to be a cowboy to marry the daughter of the ranch owner, a mafia hitman that is in love with a ex-girlfriend of the godfather of the mafia, becomes a black man in the South before the Civil Rights movement took place, keep his sister from marrying an abusive alcoholic which jogs Sam's memory of his own sister's experience of spousal abuse and the final episode of the season Sam has to find the killer of his P.I. partner after he leaps into the office in front of his partner's dead body. The last episode has many references to the movie Casablanca with many of the people mistaking Sam's character for Humphrey Bogart. The special features are A Kiss with History: Remembering Quantum Leap and insights into each episode for the season.

This port of the game is the best you can likely get right now. For 30 bucks you get a decent artbook and the cart. The game itself is very solid and this version comes with extra characters. It runs smoothly on the switch and has increased eye appeal in the handheld mode. Controls are tight and the characters handle like a dream. I've already sank more hours into this version than I have my other and I'm not even that big of a sonic fan. I'd say it's a must own for any switch owner who likes platformers.

The best of all the Hatchet films. The practical gore effects are over the top, the way they resurrect Crowley's restless spirit is inventive and it was just a fun movie all around with a very sly sense of humor that did not sacrifice the fun or the scares. I would look forward to the continued Carnage of this new horror icon. The first Hatchet was really good, the second Hatchet was a Snoozefest, the third Hatchet held its own but this one is the best of them all.

Really Funny! I was not expecting the extend of humor in this movie but it actually had a really nice back story and plot. This movie made me actually laugh out loud and made me want to participate in a game like this! This movie is about a bunch of old buddies that started a game of Tag when they were young kids and have been playing it all the way into adulthood, For one month out of the year they all surprise each other and show up in their towns, workplaces, homes in ridiculous disguises and hilarious fashions to "get the other person" in tag.The plot is, in this group of friends, there is one that has never been tagged before and he has a big event coming up and a possibly detrimental one to his undefeated score in tag, hes getting married! The 4 friends get together and make plans to tag the one undefeated buddy as he will be a sitting duck at his wedding. This movie had humor, happiness, even sadness, but most of all, friendship. If you like comedies, you will love this one.

I thought this film lived up to the expectations for fans of "The Oceans..." franchise, that dates back to when Frank Sinatra was Danny Ocean, coolest jewel thief in the business.
I think it was time there was an addition to the series using an all woman cast of thieves.
Headed by Sandra Bullock, who plays, uh, Debbie Ocean, (that could have been written a bit better), the sister of the deceased, Danny Ocean, she is just released from prison and is hatching a plan for a major heist.

The film has beautiful costumes, a fun, interesting, high and low tech heist, and must be a new record for the number of great actresses, from Rhianna, and a darling neophyte, Awkwafina, who plays a street hustler and expert pickpocket who travels on her skateboard, to women we haven't seen in ages, like Marlo Thomas, and Elizabeth Ashley. Their parts were basically cameos, but I just love the idea of them being included in the cast
Cate Blanchette, Anne Hathaway, and Sarah Paulson held the major roles, and all did a good job.
This movie is a fun romp. It's not Shakespeare, and it's not supposed to be. It's a glitzy trip, following the characters, all gifted
in their criminal specialty, or what becomes criminal, executing the elaborate plan to steal a 150 million dollar diamond necklace loaned out for the party of the year in NYC.
Good direction, editing, and beautiful cinematography, no sad parts or deaths. Just a good time at the movies on a summer night.

I loved every bit of it. Like the original, you either get it or you don't. I must disclose that I was an Indiegogo backer so I am obviously a huge fan of the original. I had no idea what they were going to cook up but after experiencing Super Troopers, Club Dread, and Beerfest during my developing college years, I grew to love everything these guys came up with. I fully understand the people that don't get their movies. You really need to throw out your inhibitions, drink a beer or something else, and just enjoy the fun for what it is and don't try to take it seriously. It's like that night out at the bar when you had the time of your life with all of your friends. Remember that? Me either, let's go back for another round.
Broken Lizard, if you happen to see this: Keep it up guys, don't listen to the critics! They will never understand but we all know that. You are doing right by your fans and this is one of the few times, more likely the only time, that I have ever blindly thrown money at something and came out feeling on top. Well, I wanted to watch the original Super Troopers again before I went and saw the second one. I figured that I would just rent the movie for the night and get a good watch out of it, but I noticed for like $1 more I can own it! Didn’t even think about it and bought it! I’m so happy to own one of my favorite movies of all time.
The movie itself is a comedic riot just loaded to the gills with funny and quotable moments. Broken lizard makes some classic cult films and this one is one of the best. I’m always happy to support these guys and in return they make me laugh my BUTT off. If you haven’t seen this movie yet, get yourself a liter of cola and buy this movie MEOW! It’s worth it!
Side note: I just saw the second movie in theaters last night and it’s hilarious as well, so you should go see that too and support the Broken Lizard guys so they make more movies.
