I almost didn't get around to playing on the first day because it was so much fun making custom people! There are skeletons, elves, figma androids, and plenty of other choices to start off with before you turn it into something completely different.
Eventually I got around to starting story mode and I was surprised they adopted a visual novel-style delivery system for the corny but charming story, which was a welcome addition since it means there's a lot of concept art to be unlocked. There's also a story mode specifically for your OC character.
As far as the merit as a fighting game goes? This keeps with the series' strong point of using a weapon-based combat system to maintain play-style variety between characters. Ivy, Voldo, Mitsurugi, and Astaroth all control VERY differently so each time you pick someone up it's a whole new ball game. There's a very low skill floor and a mid-high skill ceiling so you can play online without being too intimidated.

Very high skill cap is always a good thing, but it can be very frustrating when you’ve sunk 40+ hours into the game and are still getting absolutely smacked online (and versus bots sometimes). As I did with UFC 2, I found that I had no hope of doing well in the campaign versus bots if my character is not a submission specialist. After watching a few guides on YouTube, I got decent at striking in order to level up my ultimate team fighters versus the bots, but I would still get absolutely slaughtered online versus EVERYONE. Ultimately, the high skill cap of striking is what turned me off the game, but not unusual for me as I play a lot of different games and forget all about the old ones. Also, ground game is still a little awkward, but I don’t mind it. Just don’t expect to be good on the ground online when the little directional indicator isn’t there to help you.

I'm 39 years old, and I have great memories of watching Dragon Ball Z after school 30 years ago. My interest isn't like it was when I was a kid, but when I saw they were putting out a 2D fighter reminiscent of Marvel vs Capcom, I knew I had to play this. I have not been disappointed in this game. It's a great casual fighter with simple enough controls to pull off amazing combos and special moves. I love the little interactions between the characters, so it does quite a bit of fan service. The only fault I would give this game is in story mode it's almost too easy, and there are a lot of fluff fights to fill in the void. It makes the progression of the story mode rather slow. Overall, I love the game, and it makes me feel 20 years younger.

This movie is not for those who are offended by curse words or violence or social/political incorrectness.
But then, the movie is called "Seven Psychopaths", isn't it? Shouldn't that suggest that the film probably wouldn't be enjoyed by those who are easily offended by such things? Those are the sorts of things psychopaths might be likely to indulge in...right?
Sadly, the content of most of the 1- and 2-star reviews seems to suggest that quite a few people didn't make that inference. "I stopped watching because of the repeated use of the f-word." "I couldn't continue watching after they called the one lady the n-word." Etc. etc... These are horrible people we're watching, folks. Of course they're going to offend us.

Stallone gives a strong performance here and further solidifies his status as the world's most underrated actor ever. This is the first time in the series where Rambo verbalizes (I think that's a word) quite a bit. Easily the most dialogue he's ever had in a Rambo movie. The movie does a great job of keeping things tense just before things spiral out of control (as usual). The excessive gore from the last movie has returned. If you're a fan of the franchise, that's good. The story is a big step up from the previous installment giving some backstory and giving the villains a bit more character this time around. The acting across the board is solid and the directing keeps you engaged in the mayhem.

I thought they did a pretty good job bringing some of the classic stories into this. They brought the classic stories to the screen very well. Some of the scenes were creepy, and have a lot of good build up. Some of the creatures are fantastic looking

I’ve seen Joker twice since it opened. The movie is “based” on the Joker from the comics, and director Todd Phillips does a nice job dropping some Easter eggs for Joker/Batman fans. But this is definitely NOT a comic book movie or a movie for kids. I believe the film is nothing short of a masterpiece. A genuine piece of modern art.

"Sleeping with the Enemy" is truly brilliant entertainment. Julia Roberts is always at her finest. Her talent was there even when this movie was made. No matter what her role she plays it to the fullest. She 'becomes' the film. Her talent is extraordinary. The story-line is believable. Her supporting cast is excellent even if one does not recognize their names. Please watch. If you do you'll be on the edge of your seat throughout. If this is not your movie genre, watch it anyway to either displace or convict you of your feelings regarding movie genre. This is an excellent film no matter what.
Joe Johnston's Honey I Shrunk the Kids comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles, but the soundtrack is closed-captioned. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence. This Disney/Buena/Vista release is difficult to recommend to anyone other than a person on the lookout for family-friendly entertainment.

I used to love this movie as a kid, and kind of completely forgot about it until my wife said we should get it for our daughters. I immediately considered that a green-light spend money!
Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on blu-ray, but that would be more for me anyway. My kids don't care about resolution. Anyway, I settled on the DVD, but I was still excited about watching it again. And with the family.
The very day we got it we popped it in. The kids LOVED it. They thought it was so cool. Especially when the two boys are riding on the bee. There were a lot of cool spots that I didn't even remember.
It was pretty fun watching a good old family movie that wasn't either all or mostly done with computer animation. A cool blast-from-the-past for mom and dad!
Hi. I see that "Jurassic World" comes in two 4k versions which look exactly alike. What are the differences between these two versions?
