5 year warranty for washer

I got a 5 year warranty for my washer. I didn’t receive any paperwork on the warranty. I called the geek squad and was told I didn’t need it. I hope not. The washer is doing great. I wanted a warranty for piece of mind and I hope it’s as simple as making a phone call if repairs are needed.

Terrible attitude, rude and late delivery guys

The deliver guys were rude, late and they rushed through my install. The short dark skin guy wanted to take my front door down to bring in the fridge. I said no because the fridge that I replaced was bigger and there were no issues taking it out. As it turned out, he removed the new one without an issue or restraint.
