First Time Disappointment With Garmin

I am a big fan of Garmin watches and wanted to love this model as much as I do the others that I currently use and have had in the past. It’s screen is as advertised, bright and easy to read in all conditions but as a marathoner, I want my Garmin watches to be ready for a run at all times. Too many mornings I went out for my regular run only to get stuck waiting for the watch to connect to the satellites and in several cases, I had to switch to one of my other watches. I’m not sure if I simply ended up with a bad unit but I did return it.

I purchased the Nest Alarm system after doing much research on the various options available and have really been happy with it since. It worked well in all of my testing and setting it up as recommended when having a medium dog in the house worked perfectly to avoid false alarms with our very active Siberian Husky. This add-on was to protect another room and the fact that you can use it as a window or a movement detector really makes this system very customizable and easy to use.

As is always the case, Apple knocked it out of the park with the newest Apple Watch. This was purchased for my wife who had an Apple Watch 4 and the biggest improvement we both agree on is the always on screen. Now you can peer down at your watch and see the time without having to rotate or lift up your wrist. It actually works really well as a watch :-) the added EKG is cool and the face options and screen resolution are great improvements over the Apple Watch 4.

Talking with the helpful folks at my local Best Buy, it was suggested that I change out the modem given to me by my provider which I did with the Surfboard. I am happy with the improvement though am in an area where I am stuck with Charter which means I will always only have mediocre coverage.

Last year I bought this filter for my Dyson HP04: Model:969048-05 SKU:6448522. The one available now Model:965432-01 SKU:6459317 looks different. What is exactly the difference between two? Why the old one is not available?
This one includes the carbon filter built in, the old one had two separate filters on each side.
