This is a good computer. I had to order a second time. First one came opened and with several things missing. Best buy said nothing was wrong with it but did reorder it for me when i didnt really want to keep the first. Glad i stuck to my guns when i got the second one and saw things actually had been missing.

Absolute piece of trash. I hate it anf its not worth the price every. Can not handle any tyoe of carpets. Leaves huge balls of fluff everywhere. We have 2 Australian shepherds and whike i vacuum every day i thought this would be a nice addition but all it does is twist up fur and leave piles or its wrapped around wheels, beatet bars or whatever else anf then it stops and alerts for assistance. It wont even pick anything up off our one area rug. Again completely worthless as far as im concerned.

Does not pick up pet fur. We have 2 aussies and it just leaves clumps of hair on the carpets everywhere. It's nice for hard floors but not really worth the price at all. I use my upright every day and just wanted something to keep some of the fur and things down but I just get my upright.
