Needed an appointment to drop at doorstep

Didn’t need an in home appointment but it was required to schedule one. I assume because this is a large and expensive item. All they did is make sure someone was there to deliver it but it added a layer of inconvenience needing to make sure I was home. Not mad as this is likely a safety measure to ensure it isn’t stolen from your porch but I’d like the option to have it dropped off if I choose and waive the appointment process.

Got this on sale for 599 and for the size and picture quality it’s great. Only complaint is the sound. Depending on what you’re watching the voice dialogue is almost inaudible. Especially watching blockbuster, made for theater movies like avengers. Have to turn up to the max at 100 and still can barely hear people talking, then when action happens it’s of course way too loud. Unfortunately the sound settings aren’t in-depth enough to correct this. Hope a sound bar or even a software update might fix this in the future. Most other apps/shows movies and especially games are great all around though.
