We were very disappointed when this machine leaked water out of the bottom during the test run. We had to wait almost another week before a different washer could be delivered and installed. However, the technician told us this had never happened to him before, so it may have just been an unusual occurrence. Thankfully the technicians discovered the problem before they left, so we were not left with a disaster.

Caught a problem before it became OUR problem!

When the technicians installed the washer, thankfully they ran a test cycle and discovered that the machine had a leak in the bottom...not the connections, but the actual machine. They cleaned up the wet floor and took the machine back to store. Unfortunately there was no replacement available, but that wasn’t their fault. They were very apologetic and sympathetic to our situation.
