I've owned the x800 older model for 3 years but wanted to upgrade for the HDR. Purchased open box excellent should come with all items was missing the HDMI cord no big deal but the Blu-ray player wasn't even wrapped in the box. Dolby vision was awesome sent it back just due to missing items second one wouldn't even play a 4K Blu-ray and I tried eight of them getting the X800M2 open box instead.

Bella 14 cup better than Cuisinart DCC 3200.

This truly does make a 14 cup coffee carafe. Don't buy to cuisinart DCC 3200 if you're used to a 14-cupper it will overflow because they put a smaller cone filter in it. My prior one was a bella and lasted for 3 years and bruised coffee at about 210° which is perfect this is the same one in all black except for there are no buttons when you plug it in I just hit the top left for medium brew and hit power and you're good to go why people complain about that they can't leave their reheat on all day well it's not a microwave. If there are any improvements that I could make it would be that the top water shower would be a little higher so my grinds do not get on it every time but I am making not a strong coffee but the way I like it. One thing I wanted to mention is the power cord is great with three prong and thick wire. I put my cuisinart as a backup cuz it was irritating it would drip out the back when you lifted the lid this does not it would drip on the burner this does not. The button is kind of like your phone with a sensor to pick up your finger pressing which is just like my Bella 6.2 quart air fryer Bella has great products got it on a deal of the day would purchase again.

I own three Bella products I think they're very good. But their quality control can be better I found defects that have happened or saw right away with all their products now this grill I've had similar Hamilton Beach in the past but the grills weren't able to be removed and cleaned like this one. But when I was heating it up for use the top grill tab that holds the grill in pops out the grill stays in I put the food in close it and the tab works its way in again. The one thing that I think of is that with the heat the top grill plate warps and then goes back to flat again because I've received this on a deal of the day for 20 bucks I will live with it I have an encountered the grill completely popping out cuz if you had your hand in there and that happened that would be dangerous but these tabs should be a little bit more sturdier and have a little bit more indentation in the grill plate for it to hold in better. It's been a few years but I think my Hamilton Beach used to get hotter. The drip pan holds a lot of grease you can fit a lot of food on it but I think you can only fit 3/4 lb frozen patties in a v-shape I've used it about four times have cooked chicken breast chicken thighs boneless skinless. It does take a little bit of time maybe 20 minutes and I kept flipping them after 5 minutes so it would evenly cook because if your breasts are sick the closest ones to you don't get grilled as well as the ones in the back because the whole top part doesn't go up high enough in the back although it is adjustable in the back. It looks good. Just hope it will last. I sent one of their air fryers back because the plastic black had an imperfection in it and they're 6.3 quart was all stainless steel for another 10 bucks well worth it. Their 14 cup coffee maker is pretty good but the trim ring around the plate warmer at the bottom had a loud pop noise the trim ring is made out of cast and same thing with heat caused it to break but it's towards the back I don't see it so it doesn't bother me as much. I kind of wish though with these reviews you can add or edit later I would have put that in the coffee maker which is number one review now. It's okay but I wouldn't pay more than $30 for it

I purchased this on a deal of the day at half the price and was excited because my old 15-year-old Remington the blades were getting pretty dull so for the same price of blades I purchased this. I've been using cordless shavers for 30 years I've had norelco's a couple of them they still work just sitting in the cabinet. I've got to say the heads on this shaver are big bigger than my Remington and also norelco's older models because they're that big it is more difficult to guide it around your sideburns without seeing them so you won't shave them off it does do a close shave but after 2 months I went back to my Remington because even as other reviewers stated you have to keep going over and over to get a good shave it misses a lot of whiskers And with my Remington I did my shave in the quarter amount of time I wish I hadn't purchased this because of these reasons also the button to turn on and off is right in the grip and accidentally turned off many times already.

I did not like the stainless steel hoses I'm sure they work okay but I don't like to purchase anything without a brand name on it I wasn't able to find this at all everywhere I've read Best buy should also not force you to buy these they should give you the option to buy any other brand it seems they're making the most money off of these they installed it all twisted up with a dented washing machine that the installers left and I noticed the huge dent later I don't know how they could have missed it so when I called them to replace the washing machine I insisted on them giving me the brand Homewerks - 6' Washing Machine Supply Hose - Red/Blue that they sell for a dollar or two more they are stainless steel and bigger hoses in diameter inside with a PVC coating around it and a 90° elbow they will probably last longer than these I like a clean job and these ones I've got look clean not all wind up behind my washing machine like the installer put it I ended up having them just drop off the other one and installed it myself. When I wanted to show the dent to the guy picking it up he didn't even want to look at it I had him look at it. I don't seem to have very good luck with Best buy products because it inconveniences me a lot they do have good deals but had to replace a TV that had banding in it and it took me some hours setting it up with my custom hookup. Although these diameter hoses are smaller I'm sure that it will work because these newer washers have screens in the back that causes low flow water to go in anyway but the product that I did end up buying was better And if I was anybody else I would request Best buy to add the Homewerks product instead call their customer service they'll do it if they want the sale. Tell him you don't know who makes these stainless steel hoses their generic and there's not even a name on it.

First time use if I recall it would be good to run it for 20 minutes without any food in it to cure everything. And open the windows eventually those smells will go away. I believe the manual will tell you this.

Well I think you've learned now to save your boxes for at least 30 days. Best Buy has a 15-day period for return. For basic members. I believe you have a 2-year warranty with the company. So it's good to save the box if you have the room if not you can flatten it. I still have my 65-in TV box lying in the hallway if you have to send it back you need a box.

When it works it sounds great, however for a lot of media the voice sound is way too low. We have to raise the volume to around 70% to hear some voices clearly. Sometimes the voices cut out completely and you only hear the music, and you have to switch the sound input from eARC to TV, and then back for it to work.
VIZIO Tech Support was not very helpful.
Would not buy this again, especially for the price.

Took me a month to find out same problem.

What you need to do is turn off on the remote virtual x it causes the center channel to distort or changes something once you turn that virtual x and raise the center channel you will hear it a lot clearly. Virtual X is only good for maybe mono music. Took me a month to figure that out. Also if you ever have trouble connecting with app while the sound bar is on disconnect power I have my power strip with the subwoofer and soundbar and I just switch it off and on sometimes couple times in a row and then the app will connect. Vizio has never fixed this problem. It probably is an internal issue that maybe the newer sound bars were able to fix before manufactureing. Also people complain of too much base on the app there is -0 I put minus two on mine is good. Also many questions about where to put your subwoofer or your surround speakers I went to Dolby.com and they say to have the subwoofer up near the TV and the rear speakers no higher than halfway up your wall My cables just made it I ran one under my carpet. You can also buy a regular RCA extension cable will work if you need more. Hope I've helped

It was my fault; I didn’t check the reviews first. There is a reason why it only has a 65% rating. This product is low quality; do not buy. My return period ended, and I was late to return it—too bad! Do not buy this; save your money and purchase another product instead.
First issue: the upward-firing speaker is supposed to rotate whenever it detects Dolby video. Mine only rotates sometimes. For example, if you watch a Dolby movie one day, it rotates, but the next day, it won’t rotate unless you manually rotate it.
Second issue: the upward speaker rotation got stuck. The left side of the rotation got stuck, making weird friction noises. Consequently, the sound is noticeably loud.
Third issue: the subwoofer’s low end is not clear; the sub is very muddy. If you play a song, the sub should support, but instead, it muddies the whole mix. Do not buy it; invest in another product.

There is a learning curve for some people if you play Dolby vision on say Amazon you have to check the audio could be just Dolby digital Plus. Most Dolby Atmos is with 4K Blu-ray players the equivalent is DTS X you have to do some research to learn this. Also if you're with Amazon and you don't pay for the ad free for $2.99 you won't have any dolby Atmos at all I learned this. Through forums. You can also push the info button on the remote and it will tell you what is being sent to it. But I thought I'd comment because Dolby vision doesn't always mean you're going to get Dolby Atmos sound.

I bought this when it was originally on sale for $130, $40 off the original price. I had purchased it during primee week and thought I was getting a great deal. Well here comes Black Friday deal week and I get online to buy something else and they dropped this item another $40. Called 3 different representatives all said it was not a problem of theirs, was offered absolutely no compensation. So it looks like a great deal to me now at this price, but you might not think so when they end up selling it for 49.99 in a few months.

I purchased the TV years ago and they lowered the price $80 on Black Friday I called and stayed on the phone for over an hour finally hung up then I went to the store the person showed me a piece of paper that Black Friday is excluded and holiday pricing. He told me if I came in with the receipt that day he would have given me the $80 I'm disabled and wouldn't have a ride I'd have the schedule one. At least he offered if I brought in the receipt because theoretically I could have brought the TV back and repurchased it but who wants to do that. They know that or maybe they just leave it there and go somewhere else and buy it. That was when they had a 30-day return now it's only 15 days. If you see the price lower in that time period call them they'll credit you the difference. Hope I've helped

I love the simplicity, and the way it can air fry some chicken (when it comes to taste and texture). The horrible part is the lack of insulation and smoke filtration. Literally, the first time I used it - I was fanning out the kitchen, dining room, and living room because of smoke from the chicken. This was only 15 minutes into the cooking process, so it wasn't finished cooking or burning. It still had about 20 minutes left to go, but I spent most of that time fighting against the smoke detector as I tried to rid smoke faster than the machine produced it. I'd definitely try it, with a more air-tight version, but I'd never consider this a so-called "Pro" product. Bella should've kept this in their basic / cheaper line

This is a Best Buy review more so then the player. You see I could not use the player as it was missing the remote. Here is the story. Bought an excellent condition open box which is supped to have all the equipment but maybe missing paper. Once it arrived I opened it excited to give it a try. Poorly packaged and missing the remote. I decided to take it back to the local store since you need the remote to operate this model. Took it back to Peoria IL store then went to the electronics department to look at what they could do for me. When I explained the situation to the worker and asked him if they could help me with a discount on the new model for my problems he said we did help you we gave you your money back. I said well the issue was BB sold me an excellent condition player without a remote so by definition on your site it was not in excellent condition. Then I was required to drive 40 miles to return an item that was not as promised and your answer is that you allowed me to return the product. He said “yes”. As I walked away I said this is a terrible way to treat a customer after your company made an error. Interestingly I checked on another open box online and there was one in open box excellent condition at Peoria IL store. Same place I took my excellent condition pieces missing player. Wonder if they put a remote in it or just recreated the same problem for the next customer. What has happened to you Best Buy?

I was so excited to get the X800 a couple of years ago I believe it was open box satisfactory but I had to pick it up. I'm disabled so I took a Paratransit bus there but before I went I called them thinking I got the store and the girl answered I asked if it came with the remote she put me on hold came back and said yes it does I get there to the pickup window and they just hand me the Sony out of a box no remote. I didn't know that these were just floor models that they piled on the carpet. The manager there would do nothing for me even when I was there the price lowered $10 on that open box and he wouldn't give it to me with the $10 off so I went home ordered a remote on eBay I was excited when I went to the store because I hadn't been there in years and it was a terrible experience. Also I got the remote from eBay and it was my big mistake but you need a 4K cable that handles at least 18 GB data I ended up grabbing an old Amazon high speed cable and I would either get no picture or no audio now mind you I didn't have the manual because the manual the first thing says to have that cable and I did have a cable here like that but I ended up sending it back and spending $50 more and got them to ship me out another one. Which worked. It still works but freezes up a lot of reviews on that with the x800 but because I purchased a new Vizio OLED I wanted to upgrade on the M2 model because of the Dolby vision I do like Dolby vision bought an open box of this M2 model for $134 which works great The only problem is you have to go into the settings to put on Dolby vision which makes it a little inconvenient because I always have to look at the movie to see if it has Dolby vision or go online cuz not all the time it's on the movie disc box. You don't want to have Dolby vision on a non Dolby vision movie it won't look right. As for open boxes I've purchased things in excellent condition along with this M2. But nowhere online on Best buy's website you will see that they cover the open box warranty for one year. I had a problem with a Vizio elevate sound bar funny thing was the first one they shipped to an Amazon warehouse and Arizona with my address and I'm in another state. Second one they canceled nobody could tell me why. Received it The box look pretty banged up it was almost ready to come out the bottom of the box but luckily everything was intact and it wasn't used before. If you can buy the product somewhere else at the same price that's what I would do. That Vizio elevate I'm very good with electronics but it's buggy The 5.1.4 model so I thought to do a warranty on it and Vizio told me that they would do it had me deposit $1,000 into an account in case I didn't return the old one back and then nothing was happening with that warranty order I called them and spoke to someone that sound like in the USA higher up and told me it was open box They don't cover it They used every excuse I talked to another person there that was higher up they're lame They even gave me a reason as that the models of 2021 model and the only way the customer can find out is by the x in the serial number there's no year of production. So I call Best Buy and right when I was ready to finish with the girl I got disconnected Good thing I purchased another extended warranty that I have for another year. Sony should have upgraded their old x800 models to Dolby vision but they didn't they came out with the M2 baby because they had to add some chips in it to handle it same with Vizio they're elevate sound bar they still sell the same model but they've changed the remote how it operates so I can only guess that they fixed a lot of problems that they were having in the beginning but people still have problems accessing the app if you have one just power off the unit with the AC plug and plug back in and you should be able to access the app then. Best Buy is a very shrewd business you wonder where they get some of their products. The Sony remote on the X800M2 is the same as the non-M2 and it is just weird that if you pause it you come back it is a little difficult to get back to the movie sometimes you have to push some button that you wouldn't even think is there but also there's coding for programming it for your sound bar on it you have to look it up. But I would suggest if you had a problem at the store to call the main 800 number and complain to them and get a discount on something else you're going to buy or get a credit back. Also remember they only have a 15-day return period used to be 30 days years ago. But for a new product open box excellent it should have the remote and they should have checked cuz yes you cannot control without the remote. Their customer service sucks and if you ever have to get your open box item under warranty just read the reviews one guy brought it in and he had no scratches on it when he got it back it looked like it was dragged along the floor and took over a month. And don't forget you can also buy warranties extended with Amazon through assurance or Assurant they'll give you extended warranty even if you purchased it somewhere else. You know it's just like customs with the US They train them like to be a holes and it sounds like the managers are also trained that way at Best Buy it's too bad but they don't care. Hope I've helped in some way and enlightened others.

What is the recommended room size for the Dolby Atmos and surround sound to work perfectly optimized? Im turning my game room into a mini home theater, the measurements are 20'x14' with 7ft ceiling.
This sound bar has pretty good loud sound it fluctuates when you have Dolby Atmos it's like a beast I have a 15x15 room with 9 ft ceilings. One thing I would suggest I see nobody talking about is go to dolby's website on speaker setup because the manual says different the subwoofer should be mounted towards closer to the TV and the surround speakers should be mounted no higher than halfway up your wall. Also if you purchase this system I would recommend turning virtual x off and settings on the remote it will distort the center channel it took me a whole month to figure that out I wasn't hearing voices very good. One thing I do like if you like to play music or maybe people in the back or not hearing it that well is to put it in dual mode on the remote it will mimic the front stereo speakers to the back will give you more volume in the back surround speakers Vizio did not have this on prior sound bars which I had that makes it better for stereo listening. Now if you need more length on your wires to run in the back you can buy RCA plugs that will work to extend it but you need to get where the casing around the RCA plug very thin so it will fit into the back of the speakers I have RCAs that I purchased from Amazon They also sell three-way splitter that will work I've also seriesed in some old surround speakers from a Vizio that I no longer use and works great as a midway speaker.

I will be using this soundbar with my Epson projector. It would be difficult to connect my projector to the soundbar via HDMI. If I bluetooth link my projector to the soundbar, will I still get a full Dolby Atmos experience?
Whatever you connect to the sound bar for example Fire TV stick 4K Maxx will put Dolby Atmos to your soundbar prime video does not have much atmos content other than Jack Ryan I know of the series only on some episodes as for your projector if you cannot run a HDMI cable to it for whatever reason you can always buy a HDMI transmitter and receiver that will go into your projector I've seen them that may work best for you but you do not have to run everything to your projector and then into the sound bar. If you have a 4K Blu-ray player like a Sony x800 M2 you could run that directly into your soundbar and your soundbar will play Atmos the only other way you're going to get atmos to the sound bar if you're going for example from a TV with everything plugged in your TV your TV has to do pass through of Dolby Atmos so everything along the chain needs to be the same also.

The company's name is sencio and they probably do not have a tray to sell you I have a different model and mine has peeled off the Teflon coating and in the basket has peeled and rusted. I would not save the juices anymore for anything with that rust in it. I've owned different Bella products my air fryer has lasted me 2 years so far with no trouble other than the peeling. I would suggest maybe trying Amazon on a universal tray or maybe just put some aluminum foil in with some holes but I think I would not pay close to full price because of that problem they could have put some type of a ceramic coating on it's like they just want you to keep buying them over and over again.

Does this model retrieve CD Artist and Album title information from Gracenote or another online database?
Sony had it on my x800 model but removed it because they probably didn't want to pay for the licensing agreement. A couple of years ago it was removed but they did notify through a notification on Blu-ray player that it would be removed. It would be nice to have but I haven't played a CD in a while in it.

I was under the impression my Sony Bravia A90J remote would sync with and could control the 800M2 but it does not? Is there a way to do so?
Make sure you have CEC on in settings both on your TV and the Blu-ray player (consumer electronics control)

Does Sony make a dvd player that has Spotify as an app or can download Spotify app?
My best advice is you could buy a Amazon fire TV stick and probably get the Spotify app if that's what you want. If the Amazon app store does not have it you can find a way to side-load it easily if you know how. To play the music you want. Now this Sony x800 M2 has less apps than the x800 that I had before. Even though it is a 4K player I believe the streaming apps do not offer 4K streaming. But I do not use them I don't want to use my player more than I have to other than playing 4K discs the unit will last longer I believe if only used for what it was intended for 10 years ago they were great when they had streamer services on there but now there's so many ways to be able to get different apps if you like. You could get it on your phone and cast it to your TV which will play it through your soundbar. Technology is all a part of learning if you like to. Most of it is answered after googling it. For the Sony 4k Blu ray 800m2, one HDMI is for the TV and the second is for Audio only like for a soundbars correct! Will I get Dolby Atmos and dts x when connected this way. Soundbar is a Samsung HW-Q900L
Just run your HDMI cable to your soundbar from the Blu-ray player your arc HDMI out on your soundbar to your TV arc port. Everything should be fine with that The audio out only on the Blu-ray player is for people who want to run it to a sound system for audio only. I do not use that and I have a Dolby atmos soundbar. From Vizio the elevate if your TV supports Dolby Atmos pass through you can run the Blu-ray player directly to your TV and then have it coming from the arc.port down to your soundbar. Going from the Blu-ray to your soundbar would be best in case you want to play just music CDs in there you don't have to have your TV on for that.

Can this DVD play DVDs from multi regions. For instance, I have a DVD that is formatted for Region 2 - Europe instead of Region 1 - USA. Can this player read both types?
From what I've read on a q&a or review if you push on the colors on the remote for example yellow would be region 1 red would be region two or blue would be region 3 now if that works I don't know cuz I don't have any of those discs other than the region I live in. Best to call Sony and ask.

And check the Vesa measurements on the specs for this TV with Best Buy or LG if you had a 65-in mount they usually are good for up to maybe from 200 to 300 on Vesa measurements just check that's how you know if that this TV will mount on your mount there are probably four Vesa holes on the back of the TV.
