Not impressed - dull print outs

I purchased this to replace the HP which died on me 2 years into ownership. Thankfully it was under the Geek Squad protection for a replacement or credit towards another printer.
I purchased this after meeting an Epsom rep in the BB store. I was enamored by the ecotank function and the idea of only refilling certain inks as needed and the ease of refills. I got the impression my printing costs should go down as opposed to the monthly HP subscription.
Setup was easy.
I must admit I am not impressed. The colors seem faded and not very bright. Printouts are not crisp. At first I thought is was the HP Office20 printer paper I purchased and used on the previous HP printer with a 92 brightness. Then I used Epsom Bright White 96 and these colors still seem dull.
For the money spent, I am disappointed.

Bought this to replace a 15 year old Hoover Windtunnel. As other reviews state, the suction on this is VERY POWERFUL.
There is a flagged caution note on the cord near the plug saying "Do not run the vaccuum over the cord while in operation to prevent damage." They mean it. My teenage son wasn't careful and ran the vacuum over the cord and it sucked right up and nicked the protective casing.

I needed to replace some 20 year old Polk surround speakers. Purchased these after listening to then at the BB Magnolia in Perimeter Park. Fantastic sound. Using one as a center channel speaker and I can hear the dialogue better with this speaker.

Purchased in Feb 21 and stipped printing in November of 2022. Paper jam error that could not get resolved and the ink cartridge carrier would not move left enough to remove any of the cartridges. Apparently it’s a common issue when doing a google search

Great range. Just make sure you are diligent at keeping it clean. Polishing helps. My only concern is this seems to need more polishing than my old 22 year old Hotpoint glass top. That said I love the look of this and how it matches my LG Microwave.
