Thank you for removing my old machine which has bee limping along for quite some time. When it finally, after 20 years, found it difficult to perform the last spin, I knew the time to replace had come. The BestBuy agents had the old machine unhooked from the faucets, hauled up the basement steps and carried away to the truck in a matter of minutes.

This machine is an attractive addition to the laundry room. Of course, it is the use of the machine that really made a difference. The washing cycle is thorough using only the precise amount of water needed. There are multiple cycles which correspond to the type of clothes needing attention.

Wonderful installation! The three technicians measured all of the doorways one last time before removing the old machine. The new machine was unpacked, brought down to the basement and attached to the fill hoses in no time at all. I was given the owner's manual while Austen explained the essential elements of machine use. The entire procedure was efficient, expert and friendly

I was informed that my 3G prepaid was to be superseded by 5G.
The Best Buy employee, Tristen, urged me to buy this one with the understanding I would be able to use the SIM from the original phone. Yes! I called AT&T and, as he said both the SIM card and my original plan would be transferred to my new phone. It is the accuracy of such information from my local Best Buy that I have come to depend upon over the years. As for the product itself, I hope it will live up to its promise. AT&T assured me that it would monitor the efficacy of the transfer. (Communication with AT&T itself is a little difficult so I shall have to wait for a better opportunity to effect a transfer.)

I admit it: I was not initially intending to buy a camera. However, I saw this one online and decided to check it out at the local Best Buy near Clarence. As the BB technology employee explained details and applications of this camera it seemed to be more of a necessity than otherwise. With this Covid routine, lack of in-person contact makes a pictorial addition to communication that much more important. I have not yet used the camera (due to personal difficulties) but have scrutinized the Owner's Manual and, as the Best Buy employee, said the set-up and use of this camera is fairly straight forward. I would have waited until its first use but this Best Buy is closing, possibly before then. I wanted to demonstrate again the friendly expertise of its technicians and employees. Again, I and many others regret the loss of this store in our neighborhood.

Since my prior Envy purchase of September 2019 had suddenly developed SYSTEM ERROR problems, I exchanged it for this slightly different model and carefully monitored its use. Everything was very good except that the hours of battery use seem to decrease. Online reviews demonstrated that this could be a problem. However, by limiting the use of OneDrive to necessity and deleting unused applications, I was able to reclaim much of that decrease in battery time. In any case, the battery recharging time is efficient.
In all other respects, I am pleased with this laptop..so far.

I purchased this printer primarily for its printing, copying and scanning capabilities and am very satisfied with my choice. (I have yet to set up the FAX.)
The set-up routine is very straight-forward and I had no trouble accessing the WiFi and linking the printer to the desk top computer. So, far all is well!
On top of its reliability and efficiency, it is a very attractive addition to the office area.
I am a little worried about the efficiency of ink use its cost which yet has to be determined.
