The inevitable cometh...

It never made it to me, got lost in the mail.
Best buy was unable to send a replacement. Guess I bought the last one in the western hemisphere.
Cutomer service is better at Kmart, and they just closed their last store last week.
But the movie, I already have it on dvd...just trying to expand my 4k collection. Its a great, one of a kind, masterpiece of a film.
Just don't buy it at Bestbuy.

Why so much, Google?

An attractive piece on the wall. Functions as it should.
But it was the addition of the ring camera that disabled my already existing chime, so this device should be included with the Wired camera. I didn't need it until the camera disabled my analog chime. It costs way too much for a simple chime, but then thats Google for you...thinking they have the prestige of Apple, another high priced gadget maker.
It could have a volume button on it, and twice the loudness. It can't be heard upstairs. I guess i could buy another for upstairs...NOT!

Buy the extended warranty!

Nice unit, it takes 2nd place to only its bigger brother(which costs at least twice as much), but a bit fragile. Blows away anything from Sony, Samsung or LG currently.
My first unit stopped working after around my 45th disc, so I was grateful for the extended warranty.
I'm usually reluctant to purchase warranties on electronics, but this unit was over $500.00 with tax included. Knowing that cd and dvd players can just up and quit for no apperant reason, I gambled on a two year "in store" extended warranty...and it paid off. When picking up the new unit, I bumped up the warranty to the max..a 4 year warranty.

Great bang for the buck, gorgeous styling, faster than anything my kids will use them for. ASUS is a very good computer company. I have had their products before, they have never let me down...unlike other electronics makers.
My experience with Best Buy and their shipping is another story. Shipping dates and times changing every couple of hours. You never know when they'll change their minds, maybe it will come in two weeks, two days, or tomorrow. Or, perhaps we will ship one in a week and the other in a few weeks. Better yet, we may ship one, and ask you to pick the other one up...hows that?
Not only will Amazon bury your company, but they won't even remember where, or what your name was.

A sound bar...isn't super, isn't hardly mediocre. To be Super, one must invest some cash into a surround sound system. Get that wattage pumping, feel the sound, the channel separation that was engineered into your $200 million dollar blockbuster.
Covid has us all locked up in our homes,, we aren't spending money like we were,, so bring the theater to you.
