Not as efficient in drying

So, this dryer does not dry as well as my previous dryer (electrolux), but in the gand scheme of things, pressing the start button for one extra cycle isn't that big of a deal. 2 times, the dryer stopped heating, but still tumbled.
the first time, Geek Squad came by and took off a panel, and it started working again. It went out again about 4 days ago. They advised that I have an electrician test the outlet, so I'll do that. I'll update after I know where the problem is.
