The covers slide back exposing the USB-A plug that will fit a similar port. Most new computers, however, do not have a USB-A port, but there are many adapters available. I noticed that older machines (like the copy machine available to me) do not accept this drive, as it's a USB-A 3.0 (faster than a 2.0), but the machine only accepts 2.0. That will change as equipment is upgraded.
