Bad install service with missing parts

First of all I spend my money for this washer and dryer for a good reason, to have an easy transition such a good install, complete materials , no headaches at all! Unfortunately had a hard time to find an associate in bestbuy Rockaway to purchase the machines. Then of course one associate help me and my wife. Basically told to the associate twice that I need all the materials and he said ok I got you .
So another long wait to get an install to my place and had a hard time to get an tracking number, so the install guy came to my house he’s a Latino very hard to understand his explanation, so I keep asking him do I have all the materials and he said I’m missing this and that , he told me he got some parts in the truck and I can buy it for him and cash only and I was like I definitely told to the associate that I will pay everything for all the parts and guess what I’m missing hoses and some parts . Then when the Latino guy start opening the hot and water he told me our line was broken which is not , I asked him I can shut off the water line in the basement but he keep saying loudly no I can’t install this and he kept the water gushing on n my kitchen . I’m a very reasonable respectful guy so I didn’t even argue with him , he told me to talk to customer service to tell them we can’t install the washer and dryer coz we don’t have a shutter valve which is we have in the basement he just don’t wanna wait and he told me I’m missing parts which is not my fault coz I specifically told to the sales associate give me all the parts. So I have to spend more money to hire another company to install our washer and dryer and he told me why would Best Buy hire people who’s not professionally and respectful employees even it’s another company or third party they shouldn’t treat me badly. The person that we hired got all the parts easily and install the washer and dryer properly and professionally! I can’t even imagine about how are we gonna deal for the warranty ,we completely paid it for a long run but the big question is does Best Buy will send me a proper employee with respect and professionalism ?
