I bought this product including the Geek Squad warranty. This product is not design to last. Just when the warranty is out is when the product stopped working. It did its job when it was working. I bought it but set it aside for a about 2 years because I was doing house remodeling and forgot all about it. I finally installed it for my mom's kitchen. It just suck that after 2 1/2 years it stopped working.

I thought this was not as good as resident evil 2 which I also bought at Best Buy. The game is short. The graphics are good. I read that they cut quiet a bit of stuff out from the original. I remember playing this game as a kid. It was very scary then when you don't know when Nemesis was coming to attack. This one is not as scary.
