This device is perfect for me. I am a car camper and have the capacity for storing this notebook size power bank in just the right niche to grab. The folding design and tilting stand with integrated technology performed very well while on the my trial setup at home and first use on a four day camping excursion along Lake Michigan. Haven’t totally tested this product as designed in the link of Goal Zero solar. However my first four day camping trip was a success and this effectively charged (charge fully before using) well designed charger handled my Apple technology with a ease, I’m sure. The two agents that were assigned to my mission provided amazing communication prior to my appointment about arrival time, they arrived on time, wore booties in my house, removed all trash and cardboard packaging, completely set up my tv and blu ray player, gave me in-depth diagrams for future video expansion and attempted to connect my phone to my tv (Samsung makes it possible for an App to interact with the android phones...my Apple did not work as an audio source for head phone use.)
These guys are super hero’s in my book. I need a team behind me to help educate me, physically set up the product correctly, install and connect peripheral equipment properly and to watch out for manufacturer defects...be our eyes and ears.
We don’t know the intricacies and technology like the Geek Squad agents. I need to trust that the Geek Squad Team is interested in my overall satisfaction and looking out for my investments made at Best Buy.
I utilize the Geek Squad whenever I make computer or audiovisual purchases and so far after nearly 15 years, I am still grateful for the service and enjoying my technology to the best of my ability.

This is my first smart tv. I went with Samsung because a sales associate (and the boyfriend of my niece) advised Samsung quality is slightly top of the market and a preferred brand of several employees. The setup and functions are pretty basic and easy to follow with the remote. Good sound without a sound bar. I don’t like the new stand. Prefer the old center stand with pivot, so I deducted one point. All in all a good beginner smart tv for me. I had a competitors 42 inch before this, purchased at BestBuy 12 years ago, so the clarity, options, and App features of this new Samsung are greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Next time I will consider a wall mount, installed by Geek Squad.
