Great mid-tower Case! I love the simplicity and how clean this case looks. All the wires can easily be managed and hid behind the case. The tempered glass is tough and looks great! The case is holding up great! 2 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans locations provide plenty of ventilation.

Holding up well in our small townhome rental. This unit is located in the garage so I can not say much about noise. The unit is very simple to use and all material is pretty solid, no loose fittings so far. Only complaint I have is the automatic water level this machine is programed for, always seems so minimal for the amount of wash I need to do. Therefore, I always put it in pre-soak setting, so once filled, I can open up the top to add more water.

Almost Perfect

Great small stacked unit. Works perfectly in my small 1100 sq.ft. 3 bedroom townhouse, with couple drawbacks.
I can't complain about noise, since the unit is inside my garage. Overall, very convenient since I can put an extra refrigerator in my garage with this unit nest to it and is easy to use and operate. Family of 3, therefore we don't have loads of laundry, plus this pandemic...so less frequent wardrobe changes resulting in less laundry. so, we are not heavy on laundry, maybe 5-6 loads a week and this unit has been keeping up just fine.
HOWEVER...2 things...
1. Lint area needs improvement, lint catcher catches most of the lint, but small amounts are scattered behind the dryer door and in between the door and lint catcher. I need to clean it biweekly with a microfiber towel to avoid any clumps forming, so some frequent minor maintenance is required.
2. Also, I kind of wish there was a manual setting for water level. Sometimes when I put in one small rug and a towel, for some reason the sensor does not recognize and barely any water is dispersed into the washer. When I come back 30 min after, the same rug and towel is dry to the touch with laundry detergent still on it, just the bottom portion would be moist. I get kind of upset when this happens...I think others would too

Unlucky "open box" purchase

Almost paid full price for an open box. ($52.99 vs $59.99)
Had scratches on it and all the deadskin between cracks and what not.

After some rigorous cleaning (solution, toothpick, etc..), the controller looks okay, cosmetically. but not worth a $7 difference.
I used a $10 promotion that was expiring on the day of my purchase. Upon realizing the unsatisfied cosmetic wear on the controller, I wanted to return the controller and purchase a brand new one (Anyone would of opted for a new one if you saw the condition of what controller I received, for only $7 more). However, I was not sure I would be refunded the $10 promotion since upon the controller arrival the promotion had expired.
Therefore, I decided to keep the controller since it works. But 3 stars because I don't believe this "open box" controller was not worth a merely $7 dollar difference. I was unlucky on this purchase. My gamble, my loss. But the controller works well.
