Does this have simple voice to text
Yes, however, it is called "Dictation"
by default it comes enabled in the keyboard settings. First time using will ask you for permissions recording audio. When you click 'allow', and wait a sec, when you touch the mic key on the keyboard, it will start listening and typing.
