Was not happy with home delivery. To begin with it seem like if they were in a hurry. As the helper of the delivery came in my house. He some how fell and of course the washer sort of fell of the dolly. I then noticed that it had scratched up my wood floor. There was a issue with cold/hot water connections. The installer had installed incorrectly and was not getting hot water. On second try still no hot water. He stated he was not going to switch it again. At this point I told him "I will call Best Buy and have someone else come out". So I did. When they came out the second time to install correctly I then had cold/hot water.
