What an insane world to play around in. Once you learn the mechanics, the combat is so fun and with the ample updates the game has received, this game is now peak. I’m 80 hours in and still haven’t gotten to half of the map.

I saw trailers for Banishers prior to release and it piqued my interest, so on release I figured, “Why not?” I’m glad I did, because it has proven to be a solid action adventure akin to God of War and even elements of Fable, albeit a little darker and more somber. The combat isn’t as tight as GoW, but it’s similar in style with combos and upgrades galore. The hook is there, with plenty of upgrades and collectibles and a fairly open map to explore. The story is pretty satisfying as well, with a built in choice system for passing judgement on NPCs. It takes a little bit of time for things to pick up and really click, so give it a good college try. You’ll be happy you did.

Screen broke after two years

Cheap components add up to a screen that starts flickering with lines of color running behind the image. The tv didn’t last a year.
The OS is painfully slow and I hated turning this thing on only to have to wait to switch inputs to my Apple TV that actually runs at a decent speed.
So now I have a screen that’s malfunctioning with no option but to replace. Trash.

A great speaker that follows through most of the time. Sometimes there’s syncing issues...sometimes there’s a delay with issuing commands to smart lights. But the sound is there for sure and she can hear you from a mile away, sooooo, no issue with giving commands from another room...buy one ON SALE. I managed to get this for $200 because we have the Apple ecosystem and had wanted one for a while. Since then I’ve picked up some HomePod minis to spread throughout the house and I’m so glad I committed.

Apple Music is a good service, but Spotify still beats it with it’s playlist generator, with shared music sessions, with animated song backgrounds while the song is playing...Apple Music needs the exclusives that Spotify has...it needs these same features. It DOES have song lyrics integrated and displayed when you’re playing the song, so that counts for something.
