Successful, but not the best

Installation was successful. As with most installers, they seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out, which is always a negative.
The installer did not level my washer. I needed to schedule a follow-up tech visit, which is inconvenient.

It does the job but is not ideal.

I've had this washing machine for about a month. It provides sufficient performance at washing clothing. However, the 3-star rating results from its deficiencies.
The washer vibrates significantly during the spin cycle. I had a service tech visit after the installation to level the unit, but it still vibrates a lot. I can feel the vibration quite a bit in my concrete floor.
The washer also makes a series of noises when going through its cycles. They are not overtly disturbing but are certainly noticeable if you prefer a quiet home.
On the positive side, the controls are intuitive, and the wash basin is quite large at 4.5 CF. I purchased it on sale, so the pricing was reasonable, but I would have been greatly underwhelmed if I had purchased it at full-price.
I would not recommend this washer because its deficiencies are quite significant for me. For those who are not affected by them (e.g., washer is located in the garage or basement), then it's probably a good option.
Overall, it does the job but is not ideal.
