Machine work great if it not take over a hour to wash but that's not the machine fault, it was the salespeople that sold me the inlet water supply lines that was to small 3/16" inside diameter, need larger size like ⅜ and larger for more water, faster wash times

It was ok, but the 3rd party venders had scratched the the side of the washer and ( I should complain but I just don't what go through another hassle with Bestbuy and their 3rd party venders, I'm just tired of what I had to go through for almost a month to have a washer and a dryer placed in my basement. It bs. If you can do it yourself great, or have your own installer, but they have only what the salespeople sell you, that's inadequate installation kits too bad you have to have it redone! Would recommend if you can or you have a way of having it done or do it yourself.

1st. Time it could not be hookup because I had to move the old one had 15 minutes to decide! 2nd didn't go well either the salespeople sold me the
Wrong gas connection had to buy a different gas connector. Hookup was terrible with that crinkle exhaust pipe also looked very cheap! I had to pick up gas dryer vent pipe that is smooth inside so it can't catch lint.
