We have had this fridge for just over a month now. It was a replacement for a Samsung we bought that did not work. This is a great little fridge! We have had no issues & it worked perfectly from the moment it was plugged in.
Our experience with Best Buy Customer Service on this issue was terrific. They listened to the problem & made it right. I am very impressed.
This replacement fridge was on backorder for about a month but came in during the timeframe promised. All-in-all, a very good customer experience.
