We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Fast and efficient installation

The two young men who delivered and installed the washer were very efficient and fast. We had the area cleaned up and the old washer on the driveway -- which they appreciated. Installed quality hoses and tested full load cycle. Answered all questions. It was well worth the money for the installation.

Never used ... was promoted as part of bundle with tech support plan purchased in 2018. Looked at it and it did not provide all the features that we already had with another provider and was not as easy to use. Did not see auto renewal and was charged on credit card for 2019 and 2020.

Scam - Total Tech Support with yearly renewal

complete scam -- 2018 sales person did not point out that $200+ service renews automatically on credit card each year.... missed credit card alert in 2019. We bought many of our computers and TVs from Best Buy in the past and used their service plans and respected the quality of service by the Geek Squad. No longer, with this type of scam promoted by Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Customer service was helpful in cancelling $211 service billed on 11/29 and crediting account with bad charge. Still out the $212 auto billed in 2019 without alert.
