Bought this tv for my step-daughter for Christmas. They did not open it until a few months later (really?!) and after hanging it they plugged it in and lo and behold it was broken. I only give the bad review for the warranty services Toshiba provided or lack there of. Just make sure you open and check to see if the item is working ASAP!
