The unit is a low volume water that doesn't do a very good job at removing certain types of stains. The lack of agitation and limited water can't effectively remove soil and oily (cooking oil) stains. These are not the front load units of 15 - 20 years ago. The cleansing options and chimes are nice, but I would prefer a one cycle unit if it got my clothing/garments clean. Make sure you purchase bulk stain remover if you have kids.

Installers were nice and quick. In the process of moving the washer and dryer several months later to clean, I recognized a large scratch through the enamel paint that must have occurred during installation. The delivery was free, but if I had known that the unit was scratched, I would have declined and asked for a replacement.

Not a lot to write. For the price, it will serve you well as a smart tv. Unfortunately, some streaming apps are not compatible (Spectrum Cable - Had to purchase Roku). The 50" does fade from side angle viewing, which is not true with the other UN7000 series.

A well designed 2 in 1 unit that I'm still happy with after 15 months. With the SSHD, the laptop is exceptionally fast and thus far has been reliable. In addition, it is great to flip and convert to a tablet when you simply are tired of the keyboard. Recommended, but also recommend the warranty in case the SSHD goes and don't forget to pay to have the unit backed up on the cloud.
