It was an open box and cheap. Then there was damage incured at warehouse and so and additional price adjustment.
That aside, it works well. Maytag Customer Servise is great for answering questions. Only thing is a normal cycle takes about 40 minuts.

All I know is that the ones in my house were the same hoses, but Best Buy or Maytag nulifies the warranty if you don't get new ones, so I got them.

Dante and his brother were great.
They actually lifted the new washer into the house so as not to damage the walls. This was after they lifted the old one out.
There was damage to the sides of the washer that occured at the warehouse. They took pictures of this and sent them to Customer Service. They even called them for me.
