I own the DVD, but wanted an HD copy. So much the better to have a bluray and 4k version.

The Devil you know returns in this brand-new entry in the over-the-top action series. Prepare to get downright demonic with this signature blend of high-octane stylized action and otherworldly and original characters the series is known for. The director Hideaki Itsuno and the core team have returned to create an insane, technically advanced action experience.

Having been out of the video game scene since PS2 days, which was the last consoke I had before getting a PS4 Pro, I only really knew DMC 1. I have 2 & 3, but never really played them much.
So my reentry to video games led me to DMC Definitive Collection. WOW! LOVE that game. So I'm used to Dante.
This new DMC 5 takes some getting used to. But so far, its ok.

As with most sequels, this one, in my opinion, is overshadowed by the 1st one.
But expectations are also troublesome and can be blinding, so a rewatch is what I do. And often the second watching is better.
So I will be watching it again. I do wish, though, that when characters are killed off......they stay dead.
But again, will have to watch again.

I don't know much about the Nutcracker, aside from the familiarity of the music and it being usually heard around Christmas. But I was curious about a movie based on it.
First impressions, not much impressed. The costumes and sets were beautiful, though. I will just have to watch it again. And since I own the movie that will happen. Likely around Christmas.
If you are a huge fan of the Nutcracker, you may like this as is.

I like to see a movie twice because we tend to have expectations about sequels that are rarely met. But usually you can tell if the sequel is as good or better than the first.
For now, I just like the 1st Ralph better. It may just be because it reminds me of a lost time and big box arcade games pretty much gone.
But the 2nd Ralph still has its charms.

This Predator doesn't come close to the 80s iconic movie. The Swartz, the Weathers, the Ventura and the other 80s cast of badasses made that movie fun.
But this new one was just gawd awful. Acting sucked, story sucked, it all sucked.
