The Steelbook case looks amazing. And it came with a regular xbox game case as well which was unusual but cool. The game however is just very lack luster. For being such a comic book/superhero fan and being so excited and anxious to play as the characters I love reading about, it just doesn't live up to what I had hoped for. And there's a story line that isn't strong at all. Just, sad that I'm more or less forcing myself to play it and beat the game when I thought I'd be getting yelled at by my wife for being on it too much. Just disappointed

DON'T BUY ULTIMATE EDITION

I bought the Steelbook Ultimate Edition and they already made the "exclusive content" available to buy in game! So basically, they made it so I paid $90 for a different case. AND, they have the Ultimate Edition on Game Pass! The only game of my knowledge that's done that. And there's a reason for that...BECAUSE IT'S STUPID TO DO! As for the game itself...In my opinion the campaign is what stayed strong throughout the Years of Gears, 4 was even ok. But this one is just not very enjoyable. Horde changed and so far, not for the better. And the new Escape mode...you try and have the fastest time escaping from the tunnels, but some people already know what rout to take to run around all the enemies. And the new characters they added for multiplayer just dont make sense. It just seems like a desperate money pull. Having Terminator, and 2 characters from Halo Reach...how do they fit in here!? My favorite character they have now for multiplayer is Batista. That's probably the smartest thing they've done. Because I'd love for them to do a Gears of War show and in my eyes Batista is perfect! So to plug for that by adding him was genius. All in all, I'm greatly let down by the campaign because the 1st 3 Gears' campaigns were in my opinion the best on Xbox and now I just dont care about the main characters. Horde is, Different, but still amazing to play. And Escape, I dont even waste my time anymore.
