Tired of the lack of attention from her wealthy parents, 6-year-old Savannah Driscoll (Bridgette Andersen) hid in a car... which then got stolen by two knuckleheaded escaped cons (Mark Miller, Donovan Scott). As her disappearance sparks a media frenzy and a hunt by the authorities, the nonplussed crooks find themselves unexpectedly growing to care about their precocious "hostage."
