Fun for a while, but got tedious

I enjoyed NBA Live 19 at the beginning, but the gameplay became tedious and the glaring problems became harder to ignore. I eventually traded it in. Hopefully next year's game will be more polished.

Enjoyable, Yet Frustrating

I have played both of this year's major basketball games (this and NBA Live 19) and I enjoy both of them. 2K19 is definitely more simulation-based compared to Live. 2K Sports seems to update their game quicker than EA Sports does theirs (Rosters, Shoes, etc.). 2K's gameplay is fun, yet frustrating and sometimes unrealistic (depending on the difficulty you play on). It's not thrilling to see the CPU makes a jump shot with someone who has no business making that shot (contested or uncontested). Missing open layups also isn't great (I know that happens in real basketball sometimes, but still...). I do play the game on the Hall of Fame difficulty, so that's probably why. I can't talk about online because I play offline pretty much 100% of the time. I do recommend 2K if you need a video game b-ball fix.

Fun, but lacks depth

WWE 2K19 is a fun game in my opinion, but it lacks the depth I was looking for.
I am a fan if the PS2 SmackDown! wrestling games (Shut Your Mouth; Here Comes The Pain) and the Season modes. 2K19 doesn't have anything like that. I tried Universe Mode and MyPlayer, but I lost interest quickly. Showcase Mode returning was cool, but I wasn't interested in Daniel Bryan's story. It's great that he's wrestling again, but his WWE story isn't that compelling to me. The gameplay was fun though, and the graphics & presentation were fantastic.
I ended up trading in 2K19 unfortunately. Hopefully next year's game will have more for me.

I played the demo for this and enjoyed it a lot. I bought it when it went on sale and haven't regretted it. Compared to NBA 2K it is lacking a bit (Graphics, Gameplay, Game Modes, etc.), but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend this to anyone with 2K Fatigue. Hopefully the next iteration(s) show steady improvement.
