How do i enroll in Easy Replenish for a printer i've already purchased? The store said i could enroll at a later date but every time i try to it adds my printer in my cart for purchase.
I got messages from the HP ink supplier and there should have been a bunch of information ij the printer box telling you how to enroll. Or you could contact HP on your computer to get to the area on printers to enroll on ready-ink refill if your printer was already a ready-ink machine. The message wil also appear n the printer screen you scroll through.

Had a 8620 for 2 years know having problems with pin heads not reading, know I need to replace. Has anyone replaced pin heads with this model.
The PRINTHEAD is expensive and I think you would be better to purchase a new printer ON SALE rather than spend way too much for a part on a 2 year old printer. The HP models are on sale most of the time. I had the same error message and when I found out what the part would cost, I quickly decided to update and buy a new HP printer..

I just got home with an HP office jet Pro 6968. When I was told about this item in the store I was told it only has/uses a print cartridge with blank and also color. I just opened the box and I see 4 four cartridges Black Blue, Yellow and Magenta. I
It comes with a starter set of ink in black and the 3 colors. The number of the cartridge is HP902. I only use and buy HP ink although I think you can get other brands but I wouldn't want to mess up the printer by using off-brands in it. The quality is in HP ink. You made a wise choice in buying an HP product.
