WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS PRODUCT. WE HAVE NOT SET UP OUR NEW DESK TOP COMPUTER TOWER. WE HAVEN'T EVEN OPENED THE BOX. WE ARE NOT SURE HOW TO GET OUR FILES/DATA FROM THE OLD vs. THE NEW. I DO NOT KNOW IF I SHOULD USE A DISK OR A PLUG IN ADAPTER FOR THIS CONVERSION????
