This ball of fluff will not look like the one pictured after a bath. If you don't use shampoo, conditioner and blow drier, you're going to be disappointed with results. I didn't have a blow drier, so it didn't look as good.

Nice wholesome family film

Might be a bit unfair to compare with first & original Mary Poppins, since Julie Andrews is forever tied to it. I liked that Emily Blunt had some of that cheeky attitude that Mary Poppins from the books had. I think she did a great job considering the big shoes she had to fill. The visuals are beautiful and the musical numbers were fine. There isn't really any song that stays with you or catchy enough unlike what the Sherman Brothers did with the original. Overall, it's an enjoyable film that the whole family can watch.
